Resumen
The internship project titled “Restructuring the Atento en Movimiento Program for the Dorado Branch of ATENTO Bogotá” aimed to strengthen employee well-being through the implementation of recreational, sports, and wellness strategies. Based on an initial diagnosis of absenteeism and turnover causes, a comprehensive plan of activities was designed to improve organizational climate and employee engagement.
Throughout the program, various integration events such as tournaments, creative workshops, active breaks, and thematic celebrations were carried out in collaboration with partners like Colsubsidio and Fincomercio. Results showed a decrease in absenteeism from 6.8% to 5.7% and in staff turnover from 6.2% to 4.4%, demonstrating a positive impact on motivation, belonging, and teamwork cohesion.
The project concludes that investing in workplace well-being not only enhances employee satisfaction and productivity but also strengthens organizational culture. It is recommended to maintain the program permanently, improve internal communication, and increase the budget for the Employee Experience area to ensure sustainability and broader impact.
