Cultivo de una comunidad de práctica sobre la interpretación y la técnica en la guitarra

Abstract

This document presents the research report "cultivation of a community of practice on guitar performance and technique", whose main concepts are the formation of a community of practice with guitar students at the ASAB Faculty of Arts of the University Francisco José de Caldas District, the development and design of a Virtual Learning Environment, and finally, the implementation and analysis of the results expressed in the impact of the expressive and technical level of the students on the guitar. The proposal is to cultivate a Community of Practice, with the purpose of mounting a musical work; design a virtual learning environment as support, implement it for the determined time, and finally, using a mixed and sequential methodological design, a pre and post test, field diaries, focus groups and forums, analyze the results, artistic, technical and expressive to describe its manifestation at the musical interpretative and technical level in the artistic result. In the conclusions, the direct impact of the application is analyzed, the seven fundamental principles for the Communities of Practice (Wenger et al, 2002) are evidenced, along with their relationship and manifestation with the ASAB Guitar Ensemble Community of Practice. The analyzes were carried out using a Student's T for the Tests and the MaxQDA software for the field diaries and focus groups.
