Resumen
The present assignment has as purpose to perform a compilation of truthful information about Emergency and Contingency Plans of the municipalities of Cundinamarca, with the aim of taking these the most relevant, thus allowing the creation of a document capable of bringing together the most important requirements and featured within each of the selected plans by formulating general guidelines for a Contingency Plan in the event of a structural risks and bloodshed of chemicals in a Drinking Water Treatment Plant (PTAP). In a principle is the collection of secondary information through books, databases and institutional documents consulted directly at the headquarters or through the official web pages, as well as primers and files produced as a basis for municipal contingency plans exclusively and as do the previous visit to the library of the company of water, sewerage and toilet of Bogotá E.S.P. Continued this was not considered appropriate to implement the selection of municipalities that will have certain requirements and characteristics agreed by us as the basic structure of a Contingency Plan focused specifically on structural risks and bloodshed of chemicals, according to this related municipalities were taken at our discretion and specifically chose one or maximum two which belong to one of the 15 provinces that make up the department. From this, one proceeded to synthesize the information starting with determining the types of threats to consider in this case more aimed at events or natural phenomena and to a lesser proportion to the anthropic phenomena or events that can occur, such as the interruption of the electric and the spillage of chemicals used in water purification. Then he went on to identify in a quantitative manner by means of the array and internal exposure levels (vulnerability), injury, and frequency of the event, on the other hand, I outline the rest of the information within tables of their own. As a result this is the comparison and analysis of all data obtained, thus obtaining the final results, conclusions and recommendations more appropriate to improve emergency plans and contingencies of the towns. With the basis of all pre-processing and evaluation of each of the plans were determined steps, features and aspects which must have an appropriate plan to meet emergencies and contingencies that can be caused inside and outside the system of aqueduct (intake, sand trap (is), PTAP and tank(s) of potable water storage), which will be compacted into a final document in which the General Guidelines for a Contingency Plan in the event of a structural risks and bloodshed of chemicals in a Drinking Water Treatment Plant (PTAP).
