Resumen
The monograph main objective was to analize in a historical way the relation between pedagogical dispositives and technological mobile devices in Colombia, focusing on discourses which stated that a technological change would have begun to produce since the second half of the 20th century. This relation allows us to problematize, questione and historicize that technological change in order to recognize the ways in which this change would have operated during the named period, according to his own discontinuity in the country. The analysis was based on a genealogical approach to discursive and non-discursive elements on which the relation between pedagogical dispositives and technological mobile devices would have acted. As a result, two dispositives were recognized: the communication dispositive (1971-1978) and the modular dispositive (1983-1988), both analyzed in this dissertation.
