Apoyo en la valoración de terreno en la línea de transmisión energética, proyecto (Colectora-Cuestecitas-La Loma) en los departamentos del Cesar y La Guajira.

Abstract

Pursuant to agreement 038 of July 2015, as a modality of the degree project, the internship is developed in the company SIGYCAD SAS, being responsible for the valuation study in the easements for energy transmission lines, the study reflects reference values under the methodology of homogeneous physical and geo-economic zones for the "La Loma - Cuestecitas - Colectora" elective corridor, located in the departments of Cesar and La Guajira, which are geographical spaces with very similar characteristics in terms of roads, topography, public services , current land use, norm of land use, typification of buildings and / or buildings, homogeneous areas of land, availability of permanent surface water or other variables that allow these areas to be differentiated from adjacent areas; giving information of each one of the zones with their studies of commercial values of the land for the affected properties in this electrical network, for each one of them it was possible to verify the defined uses for the areas of the strip and based on this being able to define the physical areas and subsequently the resulting geo-economic zones, which are mostly located in rural soils and some in urban expansion or sub-urban soils.
