Resumen
The territory can be considered as forming communities and social groups based on common principles, norms, values and social aims, which shows that the human being has an interdependence with each other, through the formation of estates that maintain order, harmony and creation of organizations that produce services for the satisfaction of basic necessities, having the natural resources that they believe necessary to sustain the commercial activities. For the social groups the execution of projects, works and activities have a degree of uncertainty implicit; respect to the own development of the organization that undertakes the project, the benefits generated that contribute not only to the satisfaction of basic needs but also to sustainable economic, environmental, social and human development, in keeping with the trends and demands of the contemporary world in the ramework of community, regional and global society. Through the formulation of a social licensing methodology, it is sought to facilitate the coordination between the organization and social groups for the development of a project, mitigating the impacts evidenced in the joint debate of the actors involved, through programs of social inclusion, training, employment generation, among others. Transcending the responsibilities and social implications that are currently taken into account, which are framed in property negotiations, which in turn the granting of social license can be translated for the company in the cost savings associated with compensation measures.
