Resumen
In the development of the operational tasks carried out by the workers of the "Don Pascual" Restaurant. It is evident that they are exposed to different risks such as mechanical, physical, chemical, environmental, biomechanical, among others. Observing the different activities that take place within the "Piqueteadero Don Pascual" restaurant, the degree of biomechanical risk present in the activities stands out. For this reason, this degree work aims to categorize and assess the biomechanical risks to which workers are exposed in the development of the operational activities of the "Don Pascual" restaurant through the implementation of the Nordic questionnaire and According to its results, an evaluation with the RULA and REBA methodologies that allow as a result the identification of the activities with the highest risk and provide controls that allow the mitigation of risks, elimination of dangers, work accidents and / or occupational diseases.
