Abstract

This project aims at electronic contracting software that allows reducing the difficulties associated with information security, administrative efficiency, corruption, the cost overruns for managing physical documents and the electronic impact on the environment in companies that They handle large volumes of contracting in Colombia. For the development of this project in the first place, an analysis of the problem, the causes and the effects will be developed using the logical framework methodology as a reference. Secondly, the characteristics of the potential market will be determined through a market study focused on analyzing the study area, the target population, demand and supply, the software sector and the results of the market survey. Third, develop the product engineering and lastly, develop the evaluation from a financial point of view to determine the feasibility and convenience of developing and implementing the software.
