Resumen
The present work of degree analyzes the concept of Kant's autonomy as a theoretical support for the ethical-political formation of the teacher of the first cycle from a critical perspective, as fundamental axis for the development of new proposals that enable the development of creativity and thought critical. Based on the conceptual development and the theoretical investigation of diverse sources it is tried to mobilize conceptions of the teachers with respect to the concept of autonomy within the school, since it is of relevant importance the way in which they apply the governability of themselves, constructing a proposal that aims to mobilize teachers' conceptions regarding the concept of autonomy within the school. The teacher's appropriation of the concept of Kantian autonomy allows him to have a critical view of himself, self-questioning his work, and incorporating into his practice processes such as research, permanent updating and constant analysis of learning. This allows him to interpret the context and the changing educational reality in which he develops, and thus strengthen his professional identity.
