Resumen
The objective of this project was to update the audit system, applying the use of management methodologies that allowed a structured design adjusted to the reality and needs of the company's performance area. This in order to meet the expectations of customers and positioning among the providers of these services, in relation to their management indicators by customer and industry benchmarking, to achieve compliance with standards in customer service. To achieve the delivery of this project, a diagnosis of the current state of the management area was carried out, using different theoretical tools. Continuing with the update of the audit model with a proposal for improvement aligned with the DMAIC methodology in the improvement of processes, thus building a document of the audit model, a repository of guidelines, a viewer for the realization of follow-ups and finally the training for the use and continuation of these tools presented. All the above is presented to those in charge of the area emphasizing the importance of implementing this system through the DMAIC methodology to provide a follow-up and assessment of the system focused on compliance with the standards of the sector.
