Desarrollo e implementación del modulo geoportal para la atención del proceso catastral multipropósito de la Agencia Catastral de Cundinamarca

Abstract

The Geoportal module of the Agencia Catastral de Cundinamarca is a platform that facilitates access to cadastral information for external consultation of physical information and base mapping under the LADM_COL Model of the municipalities in its jurisdiction, allowing the entity as a cadastral operator to comply with the cadastral diffusion process that is part of the public service of the multipurpose cadastre. In this document, the results of the stage of gathering requirements, development and implementation of the first version of the Geoportal Module under PostgreSQL/Postgis, Python/Django and Angular/Leaflet free software technologies. In addition, an implementation test is carried out with the OpenLayers library, finally concluding that OpenLayers is better according to the requirements of the entity and making recommendations for future functionalities that can be implemented in a future version of the Geoportal.
