Resumen
This proposal aimed at determining the feasibility of creating, implementing and putting into operation an English language teaching program as part of a partnership between the author of this proposal and an already established institution that made part of higher education programs included in the category “Educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano”. The research included socio-economic, market, technical, operational and financial aspects analysis for the following line of business: English by Modules. The project was considered relevant for several reasons; Firstly, the target population shows an interest in the service they want to offer and secondly, the project is profitable due to its minimal investment due to the partnership with an already established institution that has two offices and all the administrative resources necessary for the implementation of the project.
