Resumen
The proposal of this research entitled "evaluation and degree of use of the variables that influence the processes of coordination in health services" is supported in the research work of the PhD thesis of the Industrial Engineer Helien Parra Riveros "Management model of Health services based on self-organized structures ". The project was conceived for a temporary space of one year that I cover from the month of May of the year 2016 until the month of May of 2017; During which, in order to fulfill the objectives of the project, the first step was to identify and define the variables related to the measurement of health services efficiency based on the scientific literature using bibliometric techniques and document analysis Scientists where 49 variables related to health decision making were obtained. In a second phase, a description of the coordination and management processes was carried out at La Sociedad de Cirugía de Bogotá hospital San José taking into account the bibliography and the BPMN methodology, a description of the macro-process of Consultation Out of this, BPMN diagrams of the system's own services were obtained, such as appointment allocation, billing, query reception and consultation; As well as 20 variables of the system. As a method of categorization of the obtained variables these were distributed in five general factors of which were emphasized the quality variables followed by the techniques, this served as a basis to determine in which points of the system the executives focus more at the time of executing Actions to improve processes.Finally, a system of indicators based on the identified variables of the system was proposed, as a proposal to help the information system for decision making, which are given detailed for evaluation by the Society of Surgery of Bogotá Hospital Of San José and possible implementation in the future.
