Apoyo a la implementación del plan de acción cuatrienal ambiental – paca del plan institucional de gestión ambiental PIGA de la contraloría de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

The main objective of the internship was to support the implementation of the four-year environmental action plan -PACA of the PIGA environmental management institutional plan of the Bogota comptroller D.C. The activities carried out were aimed at compliance with regulations, support in the activities proposed in the action plan of each of the programs of the environmental management system, and the awareness of officials oriented to the realization of good environmental practices in daily activities. That they are given in the comptroller's office of Bogotá. The inspections are carried out in order to make the tests, the identification and identification of the environmental factors and the knowledge about the factors generated by the entity and verify the compliance with the environmental policy of the entity which says: Environmental policy The environmental policy of the Bogotá Comptroller's Office is framed within the parameters established in Resolution 0242 of 2014 of the District Department of the Environment; therefore develops what is established in the policy and objectives of the GIS, current regulations and in a manner consistent with paragraph 4.2 of ISO 14001, as follows: (Contraloria de Bogota D.C., 2016, pág. 23) "The Comptroller of Bogotá, in exercise of the functions of Fiscal Control in the Capital District, is committed to compliance with the prevention of pollution, the identification and control of its aspects and environmental impacts generated by the management of the entity, the compliance with legal requirements and other applicable environmental requirements and continuous improvement, contributing to the preservation of the environment and the sustainable use of natural resources." (Contraloria de Bogota D.C., 2016, pág. 23) The policy gives strict compliance to what is established in the guidelines for the formulation, agreement, implementation, evaluation, control and monitoring of the Institutional Plan for Environmental Management - PIGA and the ISO 14001 standard, as well. (Contraloria de Bogota D.C., 2016, pág. 23) "The Bogotá Comptroller's Office, in the exercise of Fiscal Control functions in the Capital District. ..." This first statement expresses that the environmental policy is adequate for the purpose of the entity and therefore consistent with its mission and vision. "... is committed to compliance with the prevention of pollution, the identification and control of its environmental aspects and impacts generated by the management of the entity, compliance with legal requirements and other applicable environmental requirements and continuous improvement ... " This second statement expresses the commitment of: • Contamination prevention. • Mitigation or compensation of significant environmental impacts. • Compliance with legal requirements and other applicable environmental requirements. • Continuous improvement. "... contributing to the preservation of the environment and the sustainable use of natural resources". This statement guides the policy towards the achievement of the objectives of an environmental management system and the inclusion of sustainable development in the activities of the entity. The Entity's environmental policy is established in the 2016-2020 Strategic Plan "A Comptroller allied with Bogotá". (Contraloria de Bogota D.C., 2016, pág. 23) To ensure understanding and understanding of environmental policy, communication and dissemination activities are carried out through publications, training and campaigns in the different venues, aimed at both officials and users of the Entity's services.
