dc.description	La relación de la escuela y la creatividad permite o detiene el desarrollo de los sujetos que allí interactúan (estudiantes, docentes y directivos). La escuela se convierte en un productor en masa de individuos pasivos con determinadas habilidades dado que solo se promueve una creatividad en lo operativo. Es en este punto que a partir de la investigación acción - educativa enfocada en la creatividad, se contribuye con el desarrollo de sujetos activos que buscan conocer y dominar su propia realidad y posteriormente transformarla a nivel individual y grupal, dentro y fuera de la escuela.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The relation between the school and creativity allows or stop the development of the subjects who interact there (students, teachers, managers and school officials). The school becomes in mass producer of passive individuals with certain skills because only an operational creativity is promoted. It is at this point that from research action-educational focused in the creativity, it contributes to the development of active subjects seeking to know and master their own reality and then transform ton individual and group level, inside and outside school.	spa
