Resumen
This document develops the systematization report of the pedagogical experience "Agro- Building a peasant childhood in peace" in dialogue with "Outdoor Education", which are located in the villages of Los Soches and El Uval in the city of Bogotá; this report is made within the macro-project "Diá-Logos Maestros experience meetings from pedagogy" which is based on the recognition and reflections of educational innovation processes, in order to give a place to the contributions made from the teaching role. Thus, a process of transversal systematization of this proposal is presented, which can account for the problems that are evident in the rural population, specifically in "the processes of socialization mediated by aggression"; which is worked from intercultural dialogue, the exploration of the environment and children's literature, from workshops, social mapping processes, interviews and participant observation. In this way, the document gathers the development of the pedagogical proposal together with reflections on these socialization processes, giving rise to new ways of relating among peers, children-adults and in their immediate context. Likewise, it allows consolidating perspectives about the role of teachers in training within a rural context through the development and recognition of alternative pedagogical practices such as "Outdoor Education" from popular community education.
