Experiencias de docentes hospitalarios en la ciudad de Bogotá: Un aporte pedagógico para docentes en formación

Resumen
Wanting to delve into the development of hospital pedagogy as a scenario of inclusion in the city of Bogotá, this research focused on investigating the experiences of hospital teachers, and from there to find knowledge about this teaching practices, the operation of hospital classrooms, and pedagogical contributions for teachers in training. For this purpose, a qualitative study was carried out based on nine conversational interviews with hospital teachers with experience in different clinical environments in the city, through a narrative approach that allows one to get close to the most personal dimension of the senses constructed by the teacher. In this way, an analysis was elaborated developing the following categories: the love of teaching, Educate together with other actors in the hospital classroom, the educator in the face of illness and death, Link with learning, and what to learn from the hospitable teacher. From which reflections and learning for educational practice were found, in addition to perceiving the need to recognize the role of the hospital pedagogues in Bogotá.
