Implementación, producción y distribución de arándanos como una alternativa a los productos cultivados tradicionalmente

Abstract

The objective of the project is to demonstrate technical and financial viability of the implementation of a plant focused on the production and distribution of dehydrated blueberries and covered with chocolate for the organization Arándanos de Oriente S.A.S., in the municipality of Fómeque Cundinamarca, with the purpose of taking advantage of the opportunity to business identified Engativá, in Bogotá city, since it is a relatively new product in Colombia and especially in Bogota, which represents the place with greater interest in new products of natural origin. The process to determine the feasibility is carried out through the application of techniques of engineering and concepts such as: demand projection, market analysis national, local and international, selection of technologies, plant design, analysis of sceneries. Project formulation and management techniques are also included. (project planning, logical framework, financial analysis, risk identification and management among others). The main benefits offered by the project are: job creation, value aggregate of agricultural products, possibility of expansion to the international market and strengthening of the agricultural activity of Fómeque. The minimum viability of the project for the organization is identified in financial terms, technical, legal and transportation.
