Planeación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para UM Construcciones y Servicios S.A.S

Abstract

In the present work is reflected a problem of the company UM CONSTRUCCIONES Y SERVICIOS SAS, which is the absence of a consolidated and applicable system, for this reason the initiative is generated to put forward the prevention through the Management System of Safety and Health at Work (SG-SST), since throughout history, a problem of great importance has been evidenced, calamities within the workplace, whether incidents, accidents or even work-related illnesses affecting personal life of employees and in various aspects to the company; in the case of Colombia, everything governed by the Regulatory Unique Decree 1072 of 2015, it establishes everything related to the labor sector, which is one of the guidelines for the work carried out in the company, in addition, the necessary guidelines for the planning, implementation and application of the management system, this is done through the PHVA cycle (Plan, Do, Verify, Act), at the end is the proposed work, recommendations and conclusions.
