Propuesta de Plan de Mantenimiento para la Planta Móvil de Trituración de Piedra de la Empresa Minera Agregados y Mezclas s.a.s. Ubicada en el Municipio de Tocancipa Cundinamarca

Abstract

This project has as aim to develop a maintenance plan for the mobile crushing plant of the company AGREGADOS Y MEZCLAS S.A.S. located in the municipality of Tocancipa - Cundinamarca, as it is vital for the company to have a maintenance plan that allows them to improve their production processes, this project is structured with basis in the documentation provided by the company; within the objectives proposed for her development, is necessary to evaluate the machines that make the mobile plant with purpose of identify frequent failures that affect their proper functioning as they do not have a maintenance plan. In this vein a good research attached to the provided by the company is very useful, for this reason we worked with catalogs, articles, manuals and theses related to machines and mining. With this information, is proposed a maintenance plan according to the needs of the company that prevents to machinery fail unexpectedly and recurrently, so the company can foresee the failure and give solutions in a timely manner without affecting the production of company.
