Diseño, modelado y documentación de máquina en la que se fabrica mangueras de caucho en la Empresa Optihose Rubber

Abstract

Optihose Rubber Colombia S.A.S. was founded on May 5, 2015, it is mainly dedicated to the manufacture of basic forms of rubber and other rubber products n.e.c. This company has a machine that manufactures hoses which was built in an artisanal way, that is, it does not have technical information such as catalogues, data sheets, etc. As this information is not available, the production process of the machine may be affected, in this internship it will be carried out the design of the machine generating the drawings, assemblies and simulation of the machine to start storing this information which is of great importance when carrying out maintenance, changes or manufacturing of parts, among others, after this will be carried out the implementation of formats such as Resume sheet, request for spare parts according to drawings, since the procedures that are carried out are not recorded and do not carry a follow-up control to be able to give a continuous improvement to the processes.
