Modelo para la selección e implementación de metodologías de desarrollo de software

Abstract

Many organizations present problems in their software development: delivery delays, cost overruns, ill-defined requirements, delay in decision making, lack of control in the developments, among others; which are evidenced by the absence of software development methodologies. Therefore, these companies need to select and implement software development methodologies according to the organization, human talent and the environment that support their development projects. In this project, a survey of management information on software development and existing methodologies will be carried out, this information will be analyzed and a model will be created that allows choosing and implementing software development methodologies according to different types of projects. It is sought that from the model a company can select software development methodologies according to their different development projects and the characteristics of each of them, improving management, delivery times, reducing associated costs and allowing monitoring to them in a more effective and efficient way.
