dc.description	En este proyecto, se ha realizado la estructuración de la información cartográfica histórica de terrenos baldíos del departamento del Huila, Colombia, entre los años 2011 y 2014, fueron un total de 770 predios estructurados en el formato digital predefinido tipo shape, en donde se comprendieron los diferentes estados de trámite con los cuales estaba cada uno. Esta estructuración, se llevó a cabo gracias a la transformación de distintos formatos al tipo predefinido y a la digitalización de planos físicos. Posteriormente se creó un informe estadístico con el fin de seleccionar aquellas zonas donde existen conglomeraciones de alta densidad de solicitudes en distintos municipios del departamento, para poder llevar a cabo un proceso de focalización, a partir de clústeres estadísticos, por parte del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In this Project, the structuration of the historic cartographic information of wastelands of the department of Huila, Colombia, between 2011 and 2014, it has been a total of 770 structured land in the predefined digital format: shape, where there have been comprised the different processing states of each one. This structuration, have been reached thanks to the transformation of different formats to the predefined type and the digitalization of paper plans. After, has been developed a statistical inform which objective was select those zones where could be high density conglomerations of applications in different towns of the department to perform a process of focalization, from these statistical clusters, by the “Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural”.	spa
