The food safety management system under the standards of ISO22000: 2018 is the tool that allows the organization to control different factors in which it may be immersed, thus providing elements that guarantee the safety of the product, minimizing the risk of an impact on the products. end consumers, understanding the internal and external aspects in the development of the business, taking into account the above, the Food Safety Management System is an industrial tool that gives organizations the possibility to systematically control the level of safety in the production of food or any element or materials involved in this action, the main purpose of a Food Safety Management System, is to determine what and which elements related to food safety and safety companies should consider with in order to guarantee that in the development of their activities If aspects such as prevention and reduction of factors that negatively affect both the internal and external environment are taken into account, for Guala Closures de Colombia Ltda., the possibility of integrating and implementing actions focused on food safety and innocuousness as a strategy of control of the different processes and operations that, given their economic activity, should be taken into account as a pillar of sustainable development specifically in social responsibility, it is important for the fulfillment of its vision and mission, likewise, corporately this implementation is considered as a competitive advantage.
