This project creates a business model that is incorporated into the design, manufacture and marketing of lighting controls. The manufacture of these lighting controls is achieved thanks to programmed devices, with the help of a circuit of electronic devices and actuators that result in a lighting control device, it works for any type of luminaire and gives an output signal of the type sequential, intermittent or changing light, which help to automate lighting depending on the programmed function, providing great savings in electricity consumption. Lighting has a great impact on the comfort and well-being of people, through the combination of different types of led lights suitable environments are created for each need of each client. Taking advantage of the knowledge of the aforementioned components and the advantages that technology offers, the product is capable of solving the needs of various market segments such as companies, industrial and commercial clients, families, buildings, shopping centers, since Thanks to this type of lighting, a high visual impact is achieved and an attractive night lighting that saves energy, offers an innovative lighting design, aesthetic and affordable price. This business model is different, since it separates the lighting controls from home automation, making lighting controls more affordable to different market segments, and, thanks to the properties of the controllers that provide automation to any luminaire, satisfying the needs of each client, the business model stands out because the clients will not have to make large investments for the product because the design is thought to be economically affordable, but, without losing its quality in the design, so it will always be guaranteed , giving a competitive value in quality and guarantee. To make this product known in the market, digital marketing market strategies will be applied, and door to door; It will also be supported by a point of sale to give prospects greater confidence, and thus achieve a greater number of sales, carrying out a market strategy with all the style that highlights the product before others, giving the competitive demand that the market demands. The project has the capacity to not only deliver the module but also to offer the service of making designs on the needs of the clients, manufacturing these controls to their requirement and taste of each buyer, since thanks to the practicality of the programming languages can program according to the client's specifications and provide advice, installation and guarantee on the desired lighting design of each order, always relying on current electrical standards: Legal restrictions are given by the RETILAP standards (Technical Regulation for Lighting and Public Lighting) (Ministry of Mines and Energy, 2012) and the Technical Regulation of Electrical Installations (RETIE) and the Colombian Technical Standard (NTC-2050). Since these standards refer to the responsibilities of each of the people involved in the entire electrical process and what allows this business model to achieve safe and quality designs
