Abstract

This document presents the development of the internship entitled "Procedure for the offer to the public procurement market, aimed at maintenance of substations and / or power plants by the company Engelec Ingeniería sas ”whose legislative basis is Law 80 of 1993, Law 1150 of 2003 as well as Law 1474 of 2011 who govern public procurement in Colombia, with the in order to offer and initiate the contractual process of electrical engineering services to through the SECOP II Public Procurement Electronic Service platform, a platform created by the Colombia National Efficient Purchase Agency with the objective of to relate all state entities of the national territory with suppliers or contractors and be able to meet their various needs for the correct institutional functioning. The procedure will be structured so that the company ENGELEC manages to establish a commercial relationship with any of these entities
