Abstract

In these internships I worked in the facilities of the Geographical Institute Agustín Codazzi (IGAC) in the GIT of geodesy in document management, with the function of updating the single documentary inventory and the database, and following the regulations of the entity Geographical Institute Agustín Codazzi (IGAC), the digital database of the internal work group (GIT) of geodesy was updated, implementing the document retention tables (TRD) to the geodetic projects in analogous format found in the inventory, to later incorporate them into the Geocarto platform. The updating of the technical specifications of each one of the 46 continuous magna eco operating stations and their respective entry into the single documentary inventory was also carried out.
