Evaluación Del Efecto Insecticida Del Extracto De Amanita Muscaria Para El Control De Sarcophaga Carnaria (Mosca Gris De La Carne) Mediante Aspersión E Ingestión En Condiciones De Laboratorio

Abstract

This project was implemented based on the need to generate alternatives for controlling the Sarcophaga carnaria (Flesh fly) evaluating the insecticidal effect of natural extract from Deep Amanita muscaria. The Bio-essays was realized in zoonosis and public health laboratory, through sprinkling and ingestion, in flesh flies, larvae and adults, with a continuous follow up in different times of the exposition in front of the extract each: 2,12, 24, 48 y 72 hours. In the same way, the use of the extract in different concentrations to identify and establish lethal times of the Dipteral. It was found the extract of Amanita muscaria, needs to be used by spray in adults in concentrations above 50% for greater lethality, by the method of ingesting 5000 ppm in adults and larval did not show any mortality. Through this implementation is planned effectively control the plague of Sarcophaga carnaria and in the same time be friendly to the environment and health of the community.
