Resumen
Currently, Colombian companies deal with a dynamic market characterized by intense competition, higher customer expectations and economic, political, technological, environmental and legal conditions that demand greater competitiveness, cost efficiency, resources and capabilities management, change management and supply chain integration. This project is part of the textile and clothing sector. One leading company in the sector and recognized for its entrepreneurship and innovation is Comercializadora Arturo Calle SAS, which in its 50-year trajectory has been positioned in the main colombian cities and actually in Central American countries such as Costa Rica, Panama, Salvador and Guatemala. It has been achieved through several project implementation; however, to achieve future projects on time, costs, scope and quality requirements planned and maximize their expected impact, it is necessary to have a standardized methodology in project management, greater support in project management, training and consultancy, culture and organizational learning in project management. Company requirement is accomplished through the prefeasibility study for the PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) implementation.
