Resumen
The Development Plan Bogotá Humana has the overall aim to improve human development in the city, giving priority to children and adolescents with emphasis on early childhood and applying a differential approach in all its policies (Development Plan - Bogotá Humana, p. 19). In this sense, it is very clear that education promotes human development by providing principles to act with autonomy and increase opportunities for exercise. However, this autonomy is only possible to the extent that each individual recognizes in itself a development according to their performances "what you can do or be" and their capabilities [understood as] 'opportunities to choose "(R. Cejudo, 2007 , p. 10). Teachers of Atabanzha School are no strangers to this reality and being aware of the need to provide an enriched environment that favors the inclusion process is relevant change mindsets and attitudes that emphasize personal homogenization and hinder the recognition of different skills to learn .
