Abstract

These documents should be restricted as historical documents for the city. Inaccuracy in the data that are incorporated on the similar planes, due to the manual precision in the scale and measures that are introduced on these. The availability of similar plans in digital, will allow the SDP, other Entities and the citizen, to consult updated information for decision making, vital for the orderly development of the city. In addition, this would reduce the consultation times for the citizen and the time that the officials require to move from their workplace to the Planoteca to make the direct consultation on the analogue plan. The Urban Actions defined in law 388 of 1997 are the subdivision, urbanization and Building of buildings. This project was based on the theme of urbanization following the methodology and data model managed by the entity.
