Diversas expresiones del conflicto y la violencia en la IED La Estancia San Isidro Labrador, Sede A, J.M : ¿naturaleza genética, tejido social, herencia cultural y/o dinámica institucional?

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the nature and various expressions of conflict and violence in FDI La Estancia San Isidro Labrador, See A, Day Tomorrow, from genetics, socio-cultural perspective, and from the particularity that offers its Institutional dynamics in order to find alternative solutions. This study is based on the following theoretical approaches that look at conflict and violence from different perspectives, giving the present work an interdisciplinary character: The neuropedagogy, psycho-social theories such as frustration, anger and aggression; the classical theory of pain or conditioning; environmental behaviorism (observational learning); diffusionism and historical theory of symbolic violence; just as elements of communication-education field, critical pedagogy of Freire's theory about the power of Foucault, among others are taken. This research is an act of creation epistemological where concur various disciplines and goes to methodological pluralism; uses the explanatory approach in its own comprehensive level of Social Sciences and the qualitative method, through which he inquired about the nature, different expressions, scenarios, actors, times of conflict and violence in school Estancia, articulated the principles of communication-education field. The product of this research is the project for conflict resolution: Count to 10 !, which focuses both on the phenomenon of symbolic violence of Bourdieu and the various theoretical perspectives on conflict and violence; seeks re mean some imaginary, promote values, overcome the ice of individualism, indifference, develop alternative communication practices, internalizing habitus, operation schemes, operators appropriation that allow apprehending otherness, restore and strengthen the social fabric in the Institution from the difference, creating a new political culture.
