Resumen
One of the investigations carried out by the computational chemistry group of the Organic Synthesis line was proposed by the teachers Luis Carlos García & Jairo Ricardo Pinilla. In this, two strategies are developed that seek an approach to the knowledge, skills and / or abilities that the student can develop in the framework of the analysis and the work carried out within the classrooms and / or laboratories of natural sciences. Similarly, it has been identified that in recent years the difficulties in learning of students from various institutions and specifically students of the Curriculum Project in Chemistry of the Universidad Distrital have become more evident. Due to this, this work focuses on the development of mental maps and correlation meshes as strategies for the analysis of information on theoretical and theoretical-practical works of some Organic Analysis courses of the chemistry curriculum. These strategies, developed based on qualitative research and specifically the action research method in education, have focused on categorizing skills and conceptual interpretations. This demonstrated the difficulty students have in handling APA standards and concepts such as chemical potential, dielectric constant, polarity, Gibbs free energy etc. Consequently, they tried to establish guidelines that, by improving the teaching-learning model, help to effectively test the course.
