Resumen
The problems of education in Colombia, in relation to the use of communication and information technologies, were never more evident than during the pandemic generated by Covid-19 that occurred in 2020 and continues to extend until 2022. date of construction of this monograph. Quarantine or preventive isolation was a government measure to control the spread of the virus that forced us to make changes in our daily lives, particularly those that we carry out outside the home in person, such as going to work or study; activities that were carried out remotely and assisted by information technologies. This monograph investigates and analyzes some of the experiences lived by teachers and students of 8 public schools in Bogotá and by parents in the framework of compulsory remote education. Likewise, a tracking of some opinions of the media is carried out, such as Revista Semana, El Espectador, El tiempo and Caracol in their publications related to the educational issue during the pandemic.
