This work shows the approach of a model for digital education that arises from the need of women victims of the armed conflict in Colombia due to the gap of ignorance of new information and communication technologies that are a product of the isolation to which they have been subjected by the various internal conflicts in the country dating back to the 50's-60's where the marked abandonment by the state in certain areas of the country gives rise to the beginning of a conflict that until 2016 is reduced somewhat by the signing of the peace agreements.
As a strategy to work with women of these characteristics, a collective in Bogota that works with displaced population was contacted and to have a reference of the magnitude of the digital divide, surveys were conducted to visualize, understand and analyze the knowledge they currently have regarding ICTs.
This model aims to impact in the first instance a group of women composed of mothers who are heads of households and social leaders who currently live in Bogota as displaced by violence. Being this the target population of study, it is of vital importance to design a digital literacy model according to the needs identified and to build a training plan in digital skills that will give them the necessary tools for the future.
On the other hand, it is intended that from the data collection it will be possible to analyze the information and make known the situation of millions of families who were impacted by the conflict and that when they come out to reality after a long time in remote areas, they see a totally changed world, with many technological advances that leave them behind, marking a huge digital gap
