Caracterización de procesos y procedimientos en el área comercial de la empresa Skinny Investment S.A.S., basado en la NTC ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

This project is carried out under the internship modality at SKINNY INVESTMENT S.A.S. dedicated to the manufacture of healthy breads and the challenge of carrying out the description and characterization of the processes and procedures in the commercial area arises. This documentation is essential for the implementation of quality management systems based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and, in turn, provides benefits to the company, such as the ability to make decisions when any unforeseen event involving any of the the areas, strengthen the internal organization and have a continuous improvement of the necessary processes through high quality standards. The preparation of the documentation starts from a diagnosis of the processes and procedures related to the commercial area, from there methodologies based on risk treatment and good management of the organization's uncertainty are developed. Finally, the characterization is presented by means of flowcharts, tables and indicators that show the identification and analysis of risks, thus creating a design of the management structure for the procedures of the commercial area, which allows, in its subsequent implementation, a control in favor of the objectives of the company. This project was carried out from a constant socialization with the parties involved in each process, which allowed a greater focus on standardization and helps to detect with a greater degree of effectiveness the possibilities of risks in the area and thus generate mechanisms of control adapted to real needs.
