Abstract

This article shows a general review of the state of the art of agricultural automation under greenhouse, the problems are presented and the solutions provided by emerging technologies in the field of automation are studied which can be implemented at different stages of the production cycle, The objective is to determine the latest advances in research applied to the agricultural sector for the optimization of production, yield and improvement of the quality of life of farmers. The review is based on the search for information in recognized national and international journals and sources of information for groups and research centers. From this review, a classification of the potential applications of the automation directed to the agricultural sector is carried out specifically under greenhouse, finally determining the solutions that can be implemented, to propose new topics and lines of research, development and technology transfer to the agricultural sector.
