Resumen
The purpose of this project is to present the reflection resulting from the pedagogical intervention on tenth grade students of the Andres Bello public Institute, in Bogota city, as part of the exercise of systematizing the Pedagogical Innovation Project (PIP). This in the process of formation as Graduate Students in Basic Education emphasized on Social Sciences of the District University Francisco José de Caldas. This investigation focuses on the recognition of spatial significance of students in order to understand the different manners of spatial appropriation (emotional, cultural, social) through an educational strategy which strengthens the self-recognition of the subject in the space, the processes and phenomena that compose his/her social reality, to favor the personal development of an active citizen.
