Resumen
This Project has the goal to design of a logical tool under a metaheuristic model for the planning of the distribution of the products in the MiPyme VIDFO. The design of the tool is necessary because it was identified that the main problem of the organization is the lack of planning of routes of distribution of products to their respective clients generating a high overcost in the operation's activities due to the fact that when choosing the distribution routes of their products, there isn’t method or tool that is used to plan, calculate and choose the optimal distribution route, which generates high waiting times that are in a range of 1 to 3 hours in the delivery of one service and another to the final customer. According to the current situation of the MiPyme, characteristics and qualities of the current distribution model of the organization's production were identified with the purpose to evaluate the situation of the organization and in this way to raise the model focused on optimizing the delivery process of the organization. the products to the end customer through the development of a specific metaheuristics. Once this identification was completed, various studies were carried out (Market, Technical, Financial) to validate the viability of software development within the organization and in turn to develop the application so that it could be used by any MiPyme and this generate economic value for the project. Finally, a software was developed based on a VRP model (Vehicle Routing Problem) that provides information in real time for the planning of the distribution of the products in the MiPyme VIDFO and this to minimize the costs of the operation and to choose the optimal route to distribute the products.
