Resumen
The present research is based on a proposal that seeks to integrate the SAP and HÉRCULES systems from the health and well-being units of the Compensar Family Compensation Fund. It was developed using the logical framework methodology through data analysis and information collection.
Through a comparative analysis of the SAP and HÉRCULES systems, it was evident that these systems are implemented in other compensation funds. However, Compensar's mission focuses on becoming a comprehensive well-being platform, aiming for direct access to various offered services without intermediaries. To achieve this, it is essential to have tools and technological portals that meet these needs. Considering the identification of the problem, an economic, financial, market, technical, and administrative study is conducted.
The most significant studies for the research's development were the technical and financial ones. From the technical study, two possible scenarios for project viability were determined. The first involves direct development by the family compensation fund through the investment of resources. The second possibility entails outsourcing with a provider. Additionally, it was determined that SAP is a highly restrictive operating system. Therefore, even though integration with other systems is viable, these systems should be developed internally or with licensing from the operator responsible for the application.
