With the development of this internship project, it is possible to propose a methodology that allows generating elements that help and guide the planning and administration processes in the different processes of the supply chain, taking into account the complexity and randomness that characterizes the The business model of the company Huawei Technologies, for which it is necessary to make an exhaustive analysis of the different variables and incident factors in the system and in the processes, which will allow us to assertively choose a forecasting method that meets the needs of the company. and allow correct decision making. To this end, statistical analyzes are performed on the variables, in order to finally have statistical evidence to support the choice of a forecasting method that meets the needs of the company. Taking into account various factors such as the life cycle of technological products and the randomness that may exist in the processes, the MICMAC structural analysis methodology was used, in which the system is described through the relationship between all possible variables that compose it, to determine the key factors and information that can be obtained from the experts of the system in order to carry out an accurate, efficient and effective planning.
