Resumen
The research work focuses on the need to evaluate the behavior and performance of broadband direct air to ground communications system (BDA2GC) based on 5G new radio technologies, from the perspective of a link-level simulation. Particularly, under the assessment of the link level, it refers to the baselines for the design of the future A2G (Air to Ground) link based on NR (New Radio), an estimate is provided for the performance of the signal to interference-noise ratio (SINR) for many parameters relevant to the deployment of a BDA2GC link (diversity of transmitters and receivers, modulation schemes, multiplexing techniques, channel estimation, beamforming, Doppler effect). Finally, the performance of the bit error rate (BER) and system capacity under 5G standards are analyzed, aimed at verifying the impact on improving the performance of the air-ground link.
