Analyzing the current and signed TLCs in Colombia, it was identified that the Colombian automotive industry is at risk by facing the large industries that represent the United States, Korea, China and Mexico in the global market. Due to the above, the immediate need arises to carry out a restructuring in the operation of the national assemblers. For this, a research was carried out on the integration strategies used worldwide and it is proposed the use of the "SISCAI" supply strategy, which consists of the combination of characteristics with greater impact of the strategies evaluated through the hierarchical analytical process, adapting it to the Conditions required to operate in Colombia. With the implementation of the proposed strategy, the CKD inventory is reduced by 20%, the direct labor by the assembler 45%, increasing the quality of the product and boosting and protecting the national industry.
