Resumen
The town of Sumapaz belongs to the Capital District by administrative act, Agreement 9 of 1986, which politically and administratively attached this territory to Bogotá. It currently has 1796 inhabitants (ALS, 2022), which has a per capita production of solid waste of 0.169 𝐾𝑔ℎ𝑎𝑏 ∗𝑑𝑖𝑎, where on average 12.42% is usable material (ALS, 2022). This is how the people of the Disability Network of the Río Blanco basin decided to promote an association project called “Verde Montaña” which is being accompanied by the Integrated Subnetwork of Southern Health Services of the District Health Secretariat as part of affirmative actions that seek to generate inclusion strategies for People with Disabilities, in addition this association project has the support of the environment area of the Local Mayor's Office of Sumapaz, since they provide them with a collection point for usable material at the Betania headquarters , as well as the transportation of the material to the collection center with the vehicles managed by the Sumapaz Rural Development Fund.
