dc.description	El presente estudio se centra en la creación y aplicación de un visor geográfico con el propósito específico de identificar las informalidades presentes en el municipio de Ricaurte, Cundinamarca. En consonancia con la legislación colombiana, las informalidades se definen como construcciones que se erigen en terrenos cuya titularidad difiere del propietario de la predio, lo que plantea desafíos legales y sociales significativos en el ámbito local. Este visor geográfico, diseñado y desarrollado por los integrantes del presente proyecto, integra múltiples capas de información geográfica para detectar de manera precisa los predios que potencialmente albergan este tipo de construcciones irregulares.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This study focuses on the creation and application of a geographic viewer with the specific purpose of identifying informalities in the municipality of Ricaurte, Cundinamarca. In accordance with Colombian legislation, informalities are defined as constructions that are erected on land whose ownership differs from that of the property owner, posing significant legal and social challenges at the local level. This geographic viewer, designed and developed by the members of the present project, integrates multiple layers of geographic information to precisely detect properties that potentially harbor such irregular constructions.	spa
