Resumen
The J & R financier has problems in the management of change control towards the production environment, since each time an incident is reported from one of its branches, a case is escalated to the development area, where the support coordination assigns a development engineer to perform the relevant validation of the incident, the engineer makes the verification of the reported incidence and the adjustments on the library that is presenting the error, once modified the library is placed on the local server that has the branch, generating in some cases another type of inconvenience with modules that are related to the modified library, causing new errors to appear and not having a good service towards the external client.
The development of the project is to generate a change control procedure based on BPM (business process management) integrated with ITIL where it is possible to control the distribution of versions, passing through the area of quality and certification so that when the Mass distribution of the modified libraries is certain that the failure was attacked and that it did not present problems in other modules of the main financial application.
