Resumen
This document aims to characterize the knowledge of a teacher who teaches resilience in a technology-mediated environment. It presents a theoretical contextualization that includes elements related to the TPACK model (Technological, pedagogical and content knowledge), blended learning as a work modality that combines virtual education with the advice of a teacher and the development of soft skills among which highlights resilience The study is part of a qualitative research, is a unique case study, which has as its protagonist the teacher of a group of extra students, victims of violence, who are finishing their high school studies. The TPACK model was used as a frame of reference that allows taking into account pedagogical, disciplinary and technological aspects, as well as the possible relationships among them, to characterize the teacher's knowledge.
