Resumen
This research was carried out in the Manuela Beltrán Community Library, located in the Rafael Uribe Uribe district of Bogotá and managed by ASOVEG-CINJUDESCO, with the purpose of understanding how singular and collective identities are strengthened through the reconstruction of memory by means of workshops on experiences, art and literature. The categories of identity, memory, community libraries, popular education and culture were addressed, understanding identity as a dynamic process nurtured by memory and recognizing community libraries as spaces of encounter and social transformation. Through a collaborative methodological approach and Dialogic Learning, workshops were developed with the RapJudesco group that facilitated a reflection from the personal to the collective, integrating academic knowledge with the knowledge of art, music and the daily life of young people; the cultural and social dynamics emerging in this community space were also explored, positioning the library as a scenario of resistance, social cohesion and formation of agents of change.
