Caracterización de la formación avanzada para directivos docentes en Colombia : un análisis a partir de fuentes documentales de los programas académicos en el año 2021

Resumen
The main objective of this research was to characterize the training processes carried out in Colombian HEIs aimed at teaching managers and the relevance of their disciplinary work through the review of the institutional horizon and the curricula of postgraduate programs in management, management, direction and educational administration in 2021. For this purpose, we used as sources the statistics issued by the MEN in the portals of Datos Abiertos Colombia and the Sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Superior - SNIES (National System of Higher Education Information). Subsequently, the information published on the websites of higher education institutions offering academic programs related to the areas of educational management and related areas was collected. Finally, this information was analyzed in the light of five categories: executive management, academic management, administrative and financial management, community management and epistemological, cross-cutting and alternative components.
