Abstract

The present work proposes a strategic planning model for Tecnicloset M.O E.U, a company located in Soacha, dedicated to manufacturing home modulars since 2014, with a commitment to offering high-quality products tailored to its customers' needs. Initially, the importance of having a strategic planning model was highlighted, aiming to compare it with the company's current situation, identifying the key processes and resources in Tecnicloset M.O E.U's production process. This approach seeks to establish an accurate diagnosis to develop an appropriate strategic planning model. This process includes the formulation of the company's mission and vision, an internal and external analysis, and the development of strategies to enhance the company's competitiveness
